Preenchendo um formul\u00e1rio online <a href=\"https:\/\/esta-service.us\/esta\/esta-application\/\">Pedido ESTA<\/a> \u00e9 mais r\u00e1pido do que preencher um formul\u00e1rio em papel, embora possa levar at\u00e9 72 horas para obter aprova\u00e7\u00e3o. O CBP decidiu eliminar a exig\u00eancia do I-94W a favor do sistema ESTA, que \u00e9 mais eficiente.<\/p><h2>Partida dos EUA por terra, ar ou mar<\/h2><h3>Partida dos EUA por terra<\/h3><p>Os viajantes que partem dos EUA por via terrestre t\u00eam agora o seu \"Registo de Partida\" registado digitalmente, eliminando a necessidade de um tal\u00e3o em papel. O registo de partida eletr\u00f3nico cont\u00e9m pormenores como o porto, a data, a transportadora e o n\u00famero do voo ou o nome do navio da viagem de partida.<\/p><h3>Partida dos EUA por via a\u00e9rea ou mar\u00edtima<\/h3><p>Se partir dos EUA por via mar\u00edtima ou a\u00e9rea, depois de ter chegado por terra, o registo de partida eletr\u00f3nico registar\u00e1 todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es essenciais relativas \u00e0 sua partida.<\/p><h2>Provas de n\u00e3o perman\u00eancia<\/h2><h3>Verifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos registos de sa\u00edda<\/h3><p>Os requerentes devem verificar os seus registos digitais I-94 em linha para garantir a sua exatid\u00e3o. Conservar os seguintes elementos de prova para contestar os registos digitais I-94, caso surjam conflitos:<\/p><ul><li>Cart\u00e3o de embarque original utilizado para sair dos EUA, Canad\u00e1, M\u00e9xico ou outros territ\u00f3rios.<\/li><li>Fotoc\u00f3pia do passaporte completo, com os carimbos de chegada e de partida.<\/li><li>Folhas de pagamento que mostrem os rendimentos obtidos ap\u00f3s a sa\u00edda dos EUA dentro do per\u00edodo de estadia permitido.<\/li><li>Registos banc\u00e1rios ou de cart\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito que mostrem transac\u00e7\u00f5es fora dos EUA ap\u00f3s a sua visita.<\/li><li>Hist\u00f3ricos escolares ou registos de assiduidade que comprovem a sua presen\u00e7a fora dos EUA na altura reivindicada.<\/li><\/ul><h2>Entrar nos EUA a partir do M\u00e9xico<\/h2><p>As mesmas regras e procedimentos aplicam-se aos viajantes VWP que chegam por via terrestre do M\u00e9xico.<\/p><h2>Conclus\u00e3o<\/h2><p>Os viajantes eleg\u00edveis para o VWP que entrem ou saiam dos Estados Unidos atrav\u00e9s das fronteiras canadianas ou mexicanas devem solicitar um <a href=\"https:\/\/esta-service.us\/esta\/\">ESTA<\/a>.
